Stephen P. Meyer

Stephen Meyer, a graduate from Harvard Business School, possesses more than 30 years of executive level experience in financial and general management, including starting, developing, and financing technology-based companies, such as SAIC, The Titan Corporation, and REMEC. As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr. Meyer engineered over $500 million worth of private and public, debt and equity transactions. As General Manager, Mr. Meyer grew an Information Technology (IT) business to over $40 million in annual revenue. Mr. Meyer’s main focused has been on developing and managing vital corporate functions such as Contracts and Human Resources (Titan), mergers and acquisitions (Titan), tax and retirement management at SAIC, Titan, and REMEC and he served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at SAIC. Mr. Meyer served as Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at TAIC from 2003 until its successful acquisition in 2012.

Mr. Meyer has been with TAEC since its inception and serves the day-to-day finance and administration requirements of TAEC’s fast-paced environment. Mr. Meyer’s focus has been on infrastructure development and maintaining key relationships with financial institutions and clients in order to support rapid expansion in the telecommunications sector.
