Walt T. Oleski
Chairman of the Board
Walt Oleski, a graduate from Western State University in Gunnison, Colorado, has served as Chairman since the inception of TAEC. Mr. Oleski has over 25 years of executive level management and leadership experience. The consummate entrepreneur, he was co-founder of Science and Engineering and Analysis Corporation (SEACOR) and organically grew the firm to over $100 million in annual revenues, 60 offices in 3 countries with over 700 professionals. He subsequently co-founded GO Media, an online portal digitally connecting, automating and streamlining the automotive insurance claims industry. GO Media was successfully acquired by a leader in the collision claims industry. Mr. Oleski then served as Chairman, President and CEO of TAIC, a Department of Defense (DOD) professional services company which was successfully acquired in 2012.
Stephen P. Meyer
Stephen Meyer, a graduate from Harvard Business School, has served as Vice-Chairman since the inception of TAEC. Mr. Meyer has more than 30 years of professional experience in financial and general management, including starting, developing, and financing technology-based companies, such as SAIC, The Titan Corporation, and REMEC. As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr. Meyer engineered over $500 million worth of private and public, debt and equity transactions. As General Manager, Mr. Meyer grew an Information Technology (IT) business to over $40 million in annual revenue. Mr. Meyer’s main focused has been on developing and managing vital corporate functions such as Contracts and Human Resources (Titan), mergers and acquisitions (Titan), tax and retirement management at SAIC, Titan, and REMEC and he served as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at SAIC. Mr. Meyer served as Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at TAIC from 2003 until its successful acquisition.
